ADA Ticketing & Seating

Purchasing tickets for an event, including Ghost Pirates games and other events held at Enmarket Arena is a simple and convenient process for all guests.

Guests with disabilities who require disabled seating may purchase tickets through the same methods, at the same hours, and same stages of sales (e.g. presales, waiting lists, etc.) as guests requiring non-disabled seating.

Platform areas are located in various price classes and dispersed throughout Enmarket Arena. Floor seating for wheelchair guests will be based on a per-event basis. ADA tickets are based on availability and vary by show.

Interpreter, Listening Devices, etc.

Guests requiring interpreting services for other public ticketed events at Enmarket Arena should contact the Enmarket Arena ticket office at 912-468-5200 Ext. 124 two (2) weeks prior to attending an event. Every effort will be made to accommodate a request made less than two (2) weeks prior to an event.

Assistive listening devices are available for use during Enmarket Arena events. Guests can pick up these devices at Guest Concierge Desks as well as the Ticket Office. A valid driver’s license or ID is required to borrow all devices and they must be returned at the conclusion of the event.

ADA Parking

Enmarket Arena offers handicap-accessible parking accommodations in Chatham Parkway Subaru VIP Garage (Lot A) and Chatham Parkway Toyota Lot (Lot J).

Guests interested in utilizing one of the handicap parking spaces should have the correct designation in/on their vehicle and must reserve/pre-purchase accessible parking for events at enmarketarena.com/parking-directions.

Guests may drop passengers off at the designated drop-off locations at the arena before proceeding to their parking space.

Wheel Chairs

Guests needing wheelchair accommodation are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices to Enmarket Arena.

If you need the use of an Enmarket Arena wheelchair during an event held inside Enmarket Arena, speak with a member of the Guest Experience Staff located at any entrance or visit a Guest Services desk upon your arrival into Enmarket Arena and request the use of a wheelchair. Wheelchairs belonging to Enmarket Arena are operated by arena staff and are available for transit between gates and seating areas.

Wheelchair transport service to and from entrances to a guest’s seat is available on a first-come, first-served basis and demand may cause an increase in wait time for an accommodation. We are unable to allow Guests to keep Enmarket Arena wheelchairs throughout an event.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible at Enmarket Arena.

A Companion Care restroom equipped with an adult changing table is located at Section 104.

Service Animals

Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Enmarket Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.

All other animals, pets, and wildlife are prohibited.

We have a pet relief room located on the floor level of the venue next to the elevators.
