Suite Tickets

Starting in April 2022, suite tickets and parking will be loaded onto your account within 10 business days following an event announcement.
For the health and safety of our staff, all tickets will be digital and available via Account Manager. No will call tickets will be available.
A set number of additional tickets (SRO’s) are available for each event at an additional cost. If available, SRO’s can be purchased (but not required) at any point 72 hours prior to an event. You must pay for SROs in full at time of purchase.
A SRO ticket may be substituted for a guest pass to allow an Enmarket Arena ticket buyer access to your suite. Guests passes are a mobile ticket and non-transferrable. Guests passes are intended for individuals that already have a ticket to an event, and are not an entry ticket to the arena.
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Enmarket Arena. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.
Ticketed suite guests may access to the VyStar Club located on the concourse level.
For multi-runs events (ex. Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil), one of the show dates and times is included in your annual suite agreement. Any additional show times/ dates that you wish to attend are available at an additional purchase.
We kindly ask for a minimum 10 day notice prior to an event if you will not have guests attending the event.

Event Day

Unless otherwise communicated or coordinated, suites will open at the same time as regular doors for an event and will close forty-five minutes after the conclusion of the event. Doors will generally open 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled show time.
Suite holders that wish to set-up their suite for an event must do so no later than 3 business days prior to an event. Please note that certain events may require the building to be closed to the public, and we will coordinate around those schedules. All set up requests should be made directly through Morgan Randolph.

Food and Beverage

For all of your catering needs and to place an order for your suite, please contact Palbo Villareal at Pablo.Villarreal@spectraxp.com. Any catering preorders will be due 72 hours prior to an event. You MUST place an order with Pablo Varreal, 72 hours PRIOR to the event. If you do not order by this deadline, then you are unable to order. Day of the event, there will be a suite menu that you can order from. Please note: the Day of Event Menu is more limited than the Pre-order Menu.
Yes, there is an event day menu in each suite. You can place your order with your Suite Attendant.
Outside food and beverages, exclusive of medical or infant needs, are not permitted at Enmarket Arena. For special requests, please contact Pablo Villareal at Pablo.Villarreal@spectraxp.com.

Enmarket Arena strictly prohibits any food or beverages from leaving the arena.
No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions found on the concourse and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.
Gratuity is customary however not required. Please note we are a cashless venue. If suite guests intend to tip via cash, we recommend having cash available before arriving at Enmarket Arena.

Parking and Transportation

Suite guests are encouraged to park on level P4 in the Chatham Parkway Subaru Parking Garage (Lot A)
Yes, Suite guests may access suite level directly from level P4 in the Chatham Parkway Subaru Parking Garage (Lot A).
Your parking will be automatically uploaded to your account prior to the event. You can only receive the contractually agreed upon parking passes, and no more. Have your parking passes up prior to entering the Chatham Parkway Subaru Parking Garage (Lot A).
The parking garage will open 1 hour prior to doors opening. Please be prepared that you cannot enter the Enmarket Arena until doors are open.

General Suite Questions

Clutches must be 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, 2 pocket maximum.
Guests are not permitted to use any decorations without prior consent/approval from Enmarket Arena.
Each suite has a remote control that will work specifically for the TV inside the suite.
