Admission

All guests entering the arena must have a valid event ticket to gain admission.

*For many events, children under two years of age may enter Enmarket Arena free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests two years of age and older must have a ticket to enter the arena. Re-Entry to the arena is prohibited.

Walk-through metal detectors and/or hand-held security wands will be utilized during entry at ticketed shows and select events.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into Enmarket Arena. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons aged 21 or older once inside the arena. All alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Enmarket Arena management, and all alcohol sales can and will require the buyer to provide legal identification.

All patrons who are consuming alcohol in the venue will need to be wristbanded to purchase alcohol. There will be wristband stations set up at the arena and/or can be received directly from the stands/carts when purchasing.

Any patron consuming alcohol without a wristband will have their beverage confiscated and may be asked to leave the event.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in Enmarket Arena, with the exception of trained service animals. Service animals are welcome inside the building but they must remain on a leash or a harness at all times.

Baby Changing Stations

There will be baby changing stations located in the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Bag/Purse Policy

Clutches must be 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, 2 pocket maximum.

Camera & Video Policy

No professional camera equipment may be brought in for any Enmarekt Arena event. Video cameras are not allowed in the Arena. No flash photography, audio recording or video recording of any kind is permitted. No camera stands, tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks allowed. The Enmarket Arena is not liable for any damage to cameras brought into the Enmarket Arena.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is rescheduled or canceled at Enmarket Arena, please contact the original point of purchase for refund details. In the event that a show cancels, Ticketmaster’s turnaround time for processing refunds is 30 days. For other ticketing-related questions or concerns, please contact Ticketmaster support at help.ticketmaster.com.

Child Admission Policy

For all sporting events and most concerts, children under two years old do not require a ticket to be admitted, however, they must sit on an adult’s lap and may not occupy a seat. Any child who has reached their second birthday will require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different age policy. Any events varying from our age policy will be clearly indicated on the event listing and ticketing pages.

Coolers/Containers & Outside Food Beverages

For the safety of our guests, all outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles, cans, ice chests, thermoses or containers of any kind are prohibited and may not be brought into Enmarket Arena. Possession of these items may be grounds for ejection from the arena. Items for children such as baby bottles, formula, etc., will be allowed.

Cashless/Credit Cards

Enmarket Arena is a cashless facility. Cash will not be accepted as a valid form of payment. Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are all accepted as valid forms of payment.

Doors Open

Doors at Enmarket Arena will usually open up 60 minutes or 90 minutes before show time depending on the event. Please visit the event web page for exact door times.

Ejection/Guest Removal

Enmarket Arena reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy, unruly and/or illegal. Uniformed police officers are always on-site and will escort any unruly patrons out of the building and off the premises.

Emergency/Evacuations

In the event of an emergency, all Enmarket Arena personnel have been trained and instructed to assist you in evacuating the premises. Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building, as well as in all public restrooms. Please always remain calm and follow the instructions from Enmarket Arena staff members.

Emergency Medical Staff/First Aid

The first aid station will be located at located behind section 122 and will be manned by professional emergency medical staff.

Entrances

There are wheelchair-accessible ramps at all entrances of the building.

Guest Conduct

Oak View Group and Enmarket Arena are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue, team, and event personnel. All event personnel have the same rights. Accordingly, guests are responsible for their own conduct.

The following standards have been established with respect to guest conduct:

  • Guests are entitled to enjoy the event free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions
  • Guests may not interfere with the event and/or talent in any manner
  • Guests shall refrain from using abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Guests may not engage in fighting, throwing objects, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and those who engage in any of those actions will immediately be ejected from the event
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue staff
  • Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Guests shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures
  • Guests may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property
  • Violation of the Guest Code of Conduct may result in ejection from the venue without a ticket refund

Lost and Found

Lost and found will be located at the nearest Guest Services location.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

No refunds or exchanges unless an event is rescheduled or canceled. If an event is rescheduled or canceled at Enmarket Arena, please contact the original point of purchase for details about lost or stolen tickets. In the event that a show cancels, Ticketmaster’s turnaround time for processing refunds is 30 days. For other ticketing-related questions or concerns, please contact Ticketmaster support at help.ticketmaster.com.

Media Credentials

All media credentials must be approved at least one week prior to the show. To apply to receive media credentials please contact Vice President of Marketing Yasmeen Badich at ybadich@oakviewgroup.com or Sr. Marketing Manager Brandon Rybak at brybak@oakviewgroup.com.

Merchandise

Merchandise sales, location, items, and costs will depend on the specific concert/event in question. Merchandising is generally handled by the event, not the facility. Enmarket Arena is not responsible for damaged merchandise, returns or refunds.

Mobile Ticket Entry

We are a mobile entry facility. Physical tickets will not be printed by the Enmarket Arena ticket office. Enmarket Arena uses digital tickets for mobile entry to access the arena for most events. Digital tickets are a mobile form of ticket delivery from Ticketmaster. A digital ticket contains a QR code that is accessible using the TM App from the App Store or the TM App from Google Play on your smartphone. Nursing Room

There will be nursing room’s located throughout the facility.

Outside Vending

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on the property without written Enmarket Arena authorization is strictly prohibited. Enmarket Arena does not permit outside vending, soliciting or collecting contributions for any purpose whatsoever or the distribution of handbills on the premises unless Enmarket Arena management has authorized such activity.

Prohibited Items

For the safety of our guests, the Enmarket Arena does not permit the following items during events. Prohibited Items:

  • Clutches must be 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, 2 pocket maximum
  • Professional cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes
  • Selfie sticks or telescopic devices, including tripods or camera poles
  • Glass containers and cans
  • Food & beverage or outside alcohol
  • Cigarettes, cigars, or any type of e-cigarettes
  • Items intended to create optical distraction or illusion including flags, banners, or signs larger than 36” x 24”
  • Weapons including guns, firearms, knives of any size, stunguns/tasers, bats, or poles
  • Explosives including fireworks
  • Hazardous items including fuels, torches, chemicals, batteries, or aerosols (including pepper spray/gel)
  • Tools, razor blades, scissors
  • Skateboards, scooters, roller shoes, one wheels segways
  • Animals unless a service animal, as defined by the American Disabilities Act
  • Sealed packages of any kind
  • Noisemaking devices of any kind including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cow bells
  • Drones or other model aircrafts
  • Frisbees, beach balls, inflatables, or other projectiles
  • Laser pointing devices or flashlights
  • Laptops, iPads, tablets

Projectiles/Throwing Objects

Projectiles can cause serious injury. For the safety of all our guests, guests must refrain from throwing objects inside or outside of the arena. Enmarket Arena reserves the right to eject any person who is caught breaking this policy.

Re-Entry

We are a no re-entry facility. Re-entry into the building is prohibited.

Restrooms

There are restrooms located throughout Enmarket Arena for your convenience, located on all levels. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications and are wheelchair accessible. Baby changing tables are available in the restrooms.

Security or Crowd Management

Enmarket Arena wants to ensure that patrons have a fun and safe experience at the arena. If you have any concerns or questions, visit your nearest Enmarket Arena staff member. The Enmarket Arena staff and Savannah Police Department will provide security for all events, patrons, and performers. For most events, there is a no re-entry (i.e., in-and-out) policy in effect at the Enmarket Arena.

Service Animals

Although animals are not allowed in the Enmarket Arena, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals providing service for a guest with a disability or certified service animals in training are welcome at Enmarket Arena. All other animals are prohibited.

Smoking Policy

Enmarket Arena is a smoke-free facility. There is no smoking in and around the facility. There is no re-entry policy.

Scam Tickets

Ticketmaster is the only verified ticket seller. All tickets purchased not off Ticketmaster can not be verified and may not grant you access to the facility.

Video Recorders

Video Recorders of any kind are prohibited in Enmarket Arena.
