Parking FAQs

Important Parking Info for Ticketholders

If you do not pre-purchase/reserve parking in advance, you may not be able to purchase parking near the arena when you arrive. **DAY OF PARKING PRICES WILL INCREASE.

Event ticketholders planning to drive and park near the arena will need to pre-purchase/reserve a parking space in a temporary parking lot in advance. Ticketholders will then receive specific instructions about the route(s) to take to their reserved lots before the event.

It is essential for guests to follow the directions provided if they’re planning to drive and park to reduce traffic backups and neighborhood impacts.

Shuttle Information

We highly encourage guests to park at parking garages/street parking in the downtown historic districts and access the shuttles/trolleys that will be provided on event days to and from the Enmarket Arena. Trolley pickup location will be on Liberty St at Barnard St. Shuttles/trolleys will run approx. 1.5 hours before show start and stop running 1 hour after show ends.

We also suggest using rideshare or taxi. A dedicated location for rideshare/taxi and patron pick up and drop off will be located in Lot B and trolley/shuttle pickup/drop off will be located across the canal/patron foot bride, specified on map.

Ghost Pirates Parking & Shuttles

Shuttles will be available to-from Savannah Ghost Pirates Home games from Liberty/Barnard St at Savannah Civic Center. Shuttles will drop off and pick up at the main entrance of the arena. Shuttles will typically start running 2-3 hours before puck drop.

Pre-purchased parking for games is HIGHLY recommended. Chatham Parkway Toyota Lot (Lot J) is your best option for parking at Enmarket Arena. Purchase parking here!

Premium Ticketholder Parking

Premium ticketholders and suite holders will park in the Enmarket Arena Chatham Parkway Subaru Parking Garage (A on the map).

You will be issued the number of parking passes as specified on your account by your account rep.

All parking passes will be digital and will be scanned before entering the parking garage.

More Parking Information

The two main road projects at Stiles Avenue and Gwinnett Street, along with construction of some of the parking lots, will lag behind the opening of the arena.

To minimize the disruption to the neighborhoods, the city of Savannah and OVG are working with the top traffic consultants in the industry to develop a short-term plan. While the situation is not ideal, it is temporary.

Those who live closest to the site will receive information directly from the city about potential impacts but should expect higher traffic volumes in the hours immediately before and after events.

The city will also implement measures to discourage event attendees from parking in residential areas.

The City of Savannah and Oak View Group is focused on providing the best experience possible for all guests attending events at the arena.

Due to some delays in construction and supply chain issues as a result of COVID-19, we have implemented a temporary parking plan to provide parking solutions and minimize traffic impacts to the surrounding neighborhoods, as we work on the completion of the permanent parking lot adjacent to the arena as well as the surrounding infrastructure to and from the arena.

Although there may be hiccups along the way, we ask that you bare with us as we work through the logistics and understand that this is both temporary and a means to still provide great entertainment for Savannah.

The opening of the Enmarket Arena is a huge milestone for our community and we will need everyone’s cooperation to make the transition as smooth as possible until more permanent infrastructure improvements are completed later in 2023.
